Century 21 Principal Broker - Jeff Krall

Jeff Krall, Century 21 Principal Broker in Myrtle Point, has lived in Southern Oregon his entire life. He was raised in Coquille and graduated from Coquille High School in 1985. He enlisted in the U.S Navy Seabees and served in active duty for 3 years and then enlisted with the U.S. Marine Corps and was honorably discharged in 1995. Jeff  has a background in the automotive industry and was the general manager of a car dealership in Coos Bay for several years. In 2004 he decided to go into real estate and has been with Century 21 ever since!

The Myrtle Point Century 21 office has three full time employees including Jeff. Can you believe that their office is ranked 3rd in all of Coos County? Barbara Stafford has been there since the office opened in 1992 and Corina Johnson started there in 2010. They have the highest per broker productivity rate in the entire Pacific Northwest!

I couldn’t help but notice the abundance of awards and plaques that lined the office shelves. I asked Jeff what they were for and he explained that many of them were called Centurion awards. He explained that in order to receive one you must have had over 60 transactions! Jeff said that the numbers differ from year to year but that it usually equals about 60 properties a year. Between Jeff and Barbara I counted seventeen of them!

Finding a broker that does good advertising is very important. “Advertising with the Shopper is huge for business,” Jeff explains. Experience is also extremely important when you are looking for the right person to sell your home. Who do you want dealing with all the aspects of selling your property? Someone who has sold hundreds of homes, right? I could tell from talking with Jeff that he is passionate about selling properties.

Jeff would like to invite anyone selling a house to give him a call. He or one of the other experienced brokers will come to your home and do a free market analysis! They also do open houses and try to do more for their clients than any other broker.

Jeff says it really just boils down to this, “What does a seller want? He wants his house sold. What does a buyer want? He wants the keys. Let’s give everyone the best opportunity to say yes!”
