Cape Arago Audubon presents Ram Papish’s The Bear Necessities - May 13 at the Coos Bay Library, and Eagle, Owl, Crane: Photographing Japan’s most Charismatic Birds - May 14 at the Bandon Library. Both free events start at 7 PM and are open to the public.

Ram Papish is a professional wildlife enthusiast whose varied career includes biologist, educator, photographer and wildlife artist. He specializes in illustrations of interpretive signs, books and posters. His major achievements include appearing in the 2024 “Chicken Daddies” calendar.
