Fermentation Workshop

Coos Bay Public Library, in partnership with The Beet Food System, will co-host a Fermentation Workshop on Thursday, October 9 from 5:30pm-6:30pm.

Community Fridge Coordinator and Graveyard Pop owner, Scott Gregory, will teach fermentation basics, including how to make your own sauerkraut and kombucha. Attendees will get their own kombucha starter and a jar of sauerkraut!
