The Myrtle Point Public Library Foundation will hold its annual “Parking Lot Sale” on Saturday, August 16 from 9-4 and Sunday, August 17 from 10-3. Most items will be priced at $.50 or less. The sale will conclude with a Buck-a-bag sale from 2-3 on Sunday August 17. The sale will be held at the City of Myrtle Point Public Works Shop at 6th and Alder Street. All proceeds from Myrtle Point Public Library Foundation events go to benefit the Myrtle Point Library. The Foundation is currently raising funds to provide solar panels for the library to reduce energy costs.
