Florence, OR — Santa Paws and his elves are hard at work preparing for the Oregon Coast Humane Society’s beloved PAW-liday Store, opening November 1st at 1179 Bay Street, next to the OCHS Thrift Store. The store will be open daily from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.

“The PAW-liday Store is one of our favorite OCHS traditions,” said Elizabeth Thompson, Executive Director of OCHS. “We can’t wait to welcome back our loyal shoppers who return year after year for this special event.”

The PAW-liday Store is fully stocked with vintage treasures, holiday décor, specialty items, and new gift selections—making it a one-stop holiday shopping destination.

Holiday shoppers visiting on opening day may be greeted by one of Santa’s furry helpers, thanking them for purchases that support animals in need.

OCHS is also planning Photos with Santa Paws and Mrs. Claws at two Florence locations:

● Saturday, November 22nd at Florence Shipping Solutions

● Sunday, November 30th at Florence Mini Pet Mart Both events run from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m.

Photos will be taken by Stephanie Ford, with Dan and Teresa Lofy appearing as Santa Paws and Mrs. Claws.

The PAW-liday Store is entirely volunteer-powered, and 100% of proceeds support the care of animals at the Oregon Coast Humane Society. A Giving Tree will also be available for community members who wish to buy gifts for shelter dogs and cats.

Volunteer opportunities remain available, and donations of holiday and general merchandise are accepted year-round during regular thrift store hours. For more information, call 541-997-5705.
