On Saturday, September 27th the Coos Bay Public Library is hosting Tymberhavene and their Birthday Bash in the back parking lot.

Join the local Society for Creative Anachronism chapter, Shire of Tymberhavene, for a day of medieval fun! Watch fencing and armored combat. Learn about pre-1600's food, bookbinding, clothing, spinning and weaving, illuminating and scribal work, medical practices.

This event will be in the south parking lot and will have some hands-on activities and plenty of examples of medieval arts, craftsmanship, and fighting.
