Aldo Joseph Marca, 79, of Coquille, Oregon, passed away peacefully on October 24, 2025. He was born on April 17, 1946, in Coquille, Oregon, to Aldo U. Marca and Rose Marca. Aldo was preceded in death by his brother Gerald. He is survived by his brother Raymond, sister-in-laws Suzie and Gerald’s wife Marlene, nephew Cody Marca, and granddaughter Anastasia Thornburg.
A lifelong Oregonian, Aldo attended Coquille schools, where he built lasting friendships and a strong connection to his hometown community. After graduation, he proudly served his country in the United States Navy, an experience that shaped his character and work ethic throughout his life.
Following his service, Aldo worked in a variety of roles that reflected his dedication and outgoing nature — as a truck driver, beer deliveryman, beer salesman, bartender, and cook. He was well known for his hardworking spirit, friendly smile, and ability to make anyone feel welcome.
Aldo had a lifelong passion for cars, especially Corvettes and his cherished 1930 Ford Model A. His enthusiasm for classic automobiles was matched only by his love for connecting with people — whether it was through his work, his hobbies, or his community involvement.
He was an active member of several local organizations, including the Lions Club, Eagles, and Elks Lodge, where he enjoyed giving back, volunteering, and building friendships that lasted a lifetime.
Aldo will be remembered for his humor, love for hard work and the way he could light up a room with his presence. He will be deeply missed by his family, friends, and all who knew him.
A graveside service will be held on November 14, 2025, at 3:00 p.m. at Myrtle Crest Memorial Gardens in Coquille, Oregon, to honor his life and memory.
Be sure to pop-a-top for my brother Aldo!
