Former resident and member of NBHS class of 1960, Johnny Krieschel, born May 30, 1942 to John and Vivian Krieschel in North Bend, died on October 23, 2025 in Torrington, WY.

Johnny worked at Weyerhaeuser for several years before a long career as land surveyor in California, Colorado, Nebraska, and Wyoming. He loved Jesus, his family, and his pets.

Johnny is survived by his wife LaDel (also an NBHS graduate) of Torrington, Wyoming, son Todd Krieschel (Brenda) of Woodland Park, Colorado, daughter Erin Toon (Curtis) of Thornton, Colorado, sister Peggy Leibelt of North Bend, Oregon, along with 10 grandchildren and 15 great grandchildren.

Johnny (also known as Dad and Gramp) was the well-loved quiet strength of our family and will be deeply missed.
