Coos Bay Library has teamed up with Coos Head Food Co-op to provide safe, easy, and healthy recipes to create at home. Join us virtually for this fun community event! Next month, culinary instructor, Valerie Verkeke, will be making Orzo Mexicana con Esquites (Orzo with Pepitas Pesto and Roasted Corn).
