STEAMTime at the Coos Bay Public Library

This January and February, the Coos Bay Public Library is teaming up with local organizations to offer STEAMTime Tuesday mornings at 11:00am. Geared towards older preschoolers and homeschool students ages 4-8, each program will feature a book and a hands-on activity revolving around a STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Art, and Math) concept. The program is free and doesn’t require registration.

• January 6: South Slough Naturalist Cherie Turner

• January 13: Wild Rivers Land Trust botanist Maggie Graham

• January 20: Natural Grocers Nutritional Health Coach Cheryl O’Dell

• January 27: Coos Health and Wellness Nurse Alisha Dias

• February 3: Oregon NASA Space Grant Ambassador Sabrina Pingree

• February 10: Above Dental Dental Hygienists Sarah Horst and Abby Wilson
