The Songwriting Mind presents “Why We Write: Songwriters on Songwriting” featuring Aslin and Jack Isenhart on Monday, January 19 from 7-9 PM at So It Goes Coffeehouse in Coos Bay.

This interactive live event explores the personal depths of creativity, stories, and craft that define songwriting. Aslin, a songwriter from Sauvie Island, creates intimate, lyric-driven indie music. Coos County local Jack Isenhart is a confessional singer-songwriter crafting introspective songs about masculinity, maturation, and young love.

The evening features live performances, conversation about creative process, and audience Q&A. The event will be professionally recorded for The Songwriting Mind podcast.
